At Three Peas Celebrations, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us via email. But before you do, take a look at some common queries we've addressed below:

1. When Will My Order Ship? We know you're excited to receive your order! Typically, we process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day.

2. How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive? For orders within the United States, you can expect delivery in 2-7 business days. International shipping times vary. Please note that transit times are provided by the carrier and may fluctuate, especially during peak shipping seasons. We may upgrade your shipping method for quicker and more reliable delivery. We don't ship on third-party accounts.

3. Where Are We Located? We're proudly based in TEXAS (United States), specifically in the Galveston - Houston area. All sales and transactions are made online.

​

4. Can I Return Part of My Order? We want you to love your purchase! If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns for most items within 14 days of fulfillment. Keep in mind that return shipping costs are your responsibility and original shipping costs won't be refunded. If you receive a promotional discount, it will be deducted from your return.

Items must be returned unused in their original packaging within 14 days of fulfillment. Items received beyond this date or containing ineligible items won't be refunded. Ensure returns are shipped in a sturdy box, as we can't accept damaged returns.

Returns in paper or padded mailers won't be accepted.

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: custom products, candy/food products (including sprinkles), wholesale items, individual balloons, and sale items.

5. I Received My Order, and Something's Wrong (Incorrect/Missing/Damaged): If you encounter missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please notify us via email within five (5) days of receiving the package. Keep the entire package contents handy as we may require photos of the damaged item to process a claim.

​

6. Do We Ship Internationally? Yes, we ship internationally, and we're thrilled to see our party supplies being enjoyed worldwide! Your shipping cost will be calculated based on weight and destination during checkout. Please be aware that international customs and duty fees, taxes, or brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost and are your responsibility.

Shipping times for international orders are approximate and include processing time:

  • Priority Mail International: Allow 7-75 days for delivery, as quoted by the US Post Office. Tracking info will be emailed to you. We can't track your package once it leaves the United States. We recommend insurance, as this shipping method may be unreliable.

  • FedEx International Deliveries: Expect delivery in 7-10 business days. Tracking info will be emailed to you. We aren't responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

Canadian customers choosing UPS Ground: Canada Customs may require recipients to pay duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges upon delivery.

7. What Happens If I Refuse Delivery or Am Not Home to Accept It? Refusing delivery or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts by the carrier will result in return shipping fees charged to you, as we shipped the package on your behalf.

8. I Never Received an Order Confirmation - Did You Get My Order? Each order receives an email confirmation sent to the account used for payment. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive it within an hour of purchase. If you don't receive confirmation, your transaction may not have been completed. Feel free to email us for verification.

9. My Tracking Says Delivered, but I Didn't Get It - Can You Help? Sometimes tracking may show 'Delivered' when the package arrives at the carrier's facility but takes a day or two to reach your address. If you haven't received it:

  • Check if someone else accepted the delivery.

  • Look around the delivery location.

  • Check your mailbox.

  • Look for a parcel locker key.

  • Check for a mail hold.

  • Search for an attempted delivery notice.

  • Contact the carrier for more information.

Please note that once packages are delivered to the carrier, we can't be liable for lost or stolen items unless you opt for insurance.

10. I Provided the Wrong Shipping Address. Can You Change It? Ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Once the package leaves our facility, we can't make changes. If the package is returned, we're happy to issue a refund or reship to a new address, but re-shipping charges will be your responsibility.

11. I Forgot to Order Something - Can You Add It to My Order? We'll do our best to add to your order as long as it has not been more than 24 hours of placing the order.

12. When Will This Item Be Back in Stock? We're always restocking and exploring new products. While we understand your frustration when your favorite items are out of stock, we have limited control over our distributors' shipping timelines. Unfortunately, we can't respond to individual emails about restocking.

13. Do You Offer Coupons or Discount Codes? Yes, we do! Stay updated on discounts and coupons, follow us on Instagram or sign up for our mailing list.
